Welcome to StopX mobile app and browser extensions (Hereinafter referred to as "StopX", or "We", or "Us" or "Our").

The StopX software products ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") are owned and managed by StopX Technologies Ltd., with its principal office located in the United States.

This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, users' allies* and others who access the Service ("User(s)" or "You/r"). This page explains the terms by which You may use Our Website, SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or (or "Platform") or any online and/or mobile services, through the mobile software and software provided on or in connection with the services (collectively the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, You signify that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use Agreement ("StopX Terms Of Usage" or "Agreement") and to the collection and use of Your information as set forth in the Privacy Policy, and terms of any other policies of StopX app as may be applicable to You whether or not You are a registered user of Our Service. This Agreement, Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions as may be applicable shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as "Terms and Conditions". If You disagree with any parts contained in this Terms and Conditions please do not use the Service.

*StopX users specify other people who will serve as their allies (also known as 'accountability partners')

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND EACH PROVISION.

1) General Terms:

SOFTWARE PRODUCT here means Software, image files, all accompanying files, data and materials received with your installation of "StopX app".

This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is for personal use only and may be installed and used by only one handset. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one handset. All components accompanying the software are copyrighted by StopX Technologies Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "THE COMPANY") and may not be taken apart, modified, used or published with other software or means except with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT software and may not be distributed or copied in any manner.

This SOFTWARE PRODUCT, all accompanying files, data and materials are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. The user must assume all risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement.

Any liability of THE COMPANY will be limited exclusively to refund of purchase price if refund request is made within the timelines mentioned under the sub-heading in-app purchases, sub section on refunds. In addition, in no event shall THE COMPANY, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or any other damages whatsoever relating to the user of SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

In addition, in no event does THE COMPANY authorize you to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT in applications or systems where SOFTWARE PRODUCT's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold THE COMPANY harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.

This agreement constitutes the entire statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the United States.

StopX Technologies Ltd. is the licensee of the copyright of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, all of its derivatives, title and accompanying materials. All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this License, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by THE COMPANY. You may not rent, lease, transfer, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on this SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not make access to SOFTWARE PRODUCT available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by THE COMPANY herein.

To use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT:

• You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
• You warrant that you will not use the application for any person for whom you are not the legal guardian.
• You will not use the Site or Service in violation of any Federal, State or local law, rule, ordinance or governmental regulation.
• You will only use the Site or Service to block content on the mobile device of children for whom you are the legal guardian.
• You will properly follow all instructions and documentation provided by StopX to you.
• You will not allow any other person to access the information that the Site and Service collect from the mobile devices on which the Software is installed.
• You will only install the application in mobile devices for which you are the authorised owner.

2) User Content Terms

Some areas of the Service allow Users to post content such as chat content, profile information, videos, comments, questions, and other content or information [any such materials a User submits, posts, displays, or otherwise makes available on the Service ("User Content")]. We claim no ownership rights over User Content created by You; the User Content You create remains Yours. However, by sharing User Content through the Service, You agree to allow others (in accordance with your settings and this Agreement) to view, edit, and/or share Your User Content. StopX has the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to remove any User Content that is shared via the Service.

You agree not to post or transmit User Content that:

1. may create a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to You, to any other person, or to any animal;
2. may create a risk of any other loss or damage to any person or property;
3. seeks to harm or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable details or otherwise;
4. may constitute or contribute to a crime or tort;
5. contains any information or content that we deem to be unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable;
6. contains any information or content that is illegal (including, without limitation, the disclosure of insider information under securities law or of another party's trade secrets);
7. contains any information or content that You do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
8. contains any information or content that You know is not correct and current;
9. violates any school or other applicable policy, including those related to cheating or ethics;
10. interferes with other Users of the Service including, without limitation, disrupting the normal flow of dialogue in an interactive area of the Service and deleting or revising any content posted by another person or entity;
11. except where expressly permitted, contains any advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters or any other form of solicitation without our prior written approval.

3) Coaching and Support Services

StopX may offer coaching, accountability, or support services (collectively "Support Services") to help users overcome digital addiction. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Support Services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.
• Coaches are not licensed medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions.
• StopX performs reference and background checks of all coaches but cannot guarantee their effectiveness for your specific needs.
• You take full responsibility for the decision to access a coach through our platform.
• All communication with coaches should remain within our platform for your privacy and security.
• StopX reserves the right to modify or discontinue Support Services at any time.

4) Privacy

We deeply care about the privacy of Our Users. You understand that by using the Services You agree to the collection, use and disclosure of Your information including personal and non-personal information as set forth in our Privacy Policy, and to have Your information collected, used, transferred to and processed by Us in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

This SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all services provided may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. You agree to indemnify and hold THE COMPANY harmless from any claims resulting from the use of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, which may damage any other party.

5) Amendments to this agreement

StopX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
